A full range of practices, from energizing flow to the deepest rest. Every body is welcome in every class.

An energizing, dynamic class linking breath with movement through intelligently sequenced postures that build heat, strength, and flexibility. Rooted in tradition, with a modern rhythm. All levels welcome.

A gentler-paced Flow with more time to explore alignment and breath awareness. Ideal for newer practitioners or anyone seeking a grounding, meditative movement experience.

A grounding evening practice. Slow, intentional movement releases tension and melts into longer-held stretches and deep release. A softer, restorative close to the day.

A slow, meditative practice of long-held, passive floor postures that reach the deeper layers of the body. Stillness-focused, calming to the nervous system, and deeply introspective.

Stillness meets vibration. Long-held, floor-based postures gently open the body while calming sound guides the nervous system into rest. An invitation to slow down, soften, and listen.

Designed to soothe the nervous system and encourage deep rest. Props fully support the body in restful postures for total relaxation and emotional reset, a beautiful complement to active practice or busy lives.

Slow, intentional Hatha movement opens the body, then melts into supported restorative postures enhanced with hands-on assists and the therapeutic use of sound. A calm, grounded pace for true rest.

Conscious rest in its purest form. Gentle grounding and breath awareness guide you into Yoga Nidra, then a soothing sound bath of crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs. No movement required; simply lie back and be held.

Begin with slow, breath-led flow to release tension, then transition into guided Yoga Nidra and a sound bath for profound rest. Perfect for anyone seeking a complete reset at the end of the day.
A note on timing and cancellations: late entry is limited to the first 5 minutes of class, and for Nidra + Sound Bath entry is not permitted once class has begun, so please arrive early. Please cancel at least 2 hours before class. Members who cancel late are charged a $10 fee, and non-members forfeit the class credit. A no-show is charged a $10 fee and forfeits the class credit.
